Spirituum sits on Via Sant'Agostino, a few steps from Piazza Santo Spirito, and bills itself as an artistic cocktail bar. The room earns it: a hand-painted blue vault hung with glass globes, dusky pink walls, gilded mirrors and a wooden bar backed by arched, mirrored shelving. The drinks lean classic, with a dedicated Negroni menu, espresso martinis, dry martinis and tequila-based pours among recent offerings. It opens at 6 PM every day of the week and pours until 2 AM, so it works as an aperitivo stop or a last round.
