Enoteca Pinchiorri began in 1972 as a modest wine shop opened by Giorgio Pinchiorri and Annie Féolde, and it now holds three MICHELIN stars in a seventeenth century palazzo on Via Ghibellina. The dining rooms are dressed in paintings, frescoes and bold arrangements of fresh flowers, and the floor team is led by longtime maître Alessandro Tomberli. The kitchen favors luxurious ingredients and a firmly Italian identity across two tasting menus and an à la carte, while Francesco Federici's pastry section is known for its soufflé.
