Via dei Neri is where Ditta Artigianale began: the first cafe of a roastery founded in 2013 by barista champion Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer, and the seed of a group that now runs several Florence cafes. The counter was built deliberately low so you can watch your coffee being made, and the beans are roasted in house from micro lots the team sources directly.
