The Polo Room
Nacho Figueras brings Argentine asado and polo-club polish to Sunrise Avenue, where prime steak empanadas, dry-aged ribeyes and caviar spaghetti arrive under walls of archival polo photography.
The Polo Room Palm Beach opened in December 2025 at 251 Sunrise Avenue, the former PB Catch space, led by polo player Nacho Figueras with restaurateur Thierry Beaud. The continental menu leans on Figueras's Argentine heritage, with handmade empanadas, a raw bar and crudos, house-made pastas, Lobster Frite and asado-style prime, dry-aged and Wagyu steaks. Hopewell Design Shop's Alex Gaudelet and Pat Boyle designed the room with espresso paneled walls, herringbone floors and polo photographs by Ricardo Motran. It serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with a wine list of over 300 labels.
Best for: Steak dinners with a polo-season crowd and a late martini
