Kyma West Palm Beach
The New York Greek group's first Florida outpost, a 14,000 square foot taverna at Banyan and Olive where whole lavraki and Kyma Chips lead up to a rooftop with 360 degree views.
Kyma, the Greek group founded by Reno Christou and Mike Angeliades with locations in Flatiron, Hudson Yards and Roslyn, opened its first location outside New York in downtown West Palm Beach in December 2025. The two level, 14,000 square foot space in the Banyan and Olive complex has three areas: Kelari, a wine cellar style dining room; Avli, a courtyard and bar; and Tarazza, a rooftop with 360 degree views. The menu centers on Mediterranean fish flown in daily, grilled octopus, Kyma Chips and lamb chops. DJ sets take over later in the evening.
