Mauro Colagreco's only restaurant in the United States, a live-fire Mediterranean dining room at the Four Seasons where lobster risotto, Dover sole and garden-driven cocktails play to the Atlantic.

Florie's is the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach restaurant created with Chef Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur in Menton, and it is his only restaurant in the United States. The kitchen cooks over live fire with sustainable ingredients, and the current dinner menu runs from a raw bar and seafood towers to lobster risotto, Wagyu filet and black truffle pizza. Chef de Cuisine Diego Soriano runs the kitchen day to day. Florie's Bar pours citrus and herb cocktails from the resort garden, with a daily Golden Hour from 4 to 6 PM.
