The Hamptons' Tutto il Giorno team revives the old Royal Poinciana Playhouse, pairing whole grilled branzino and seafood towers with a terrace set directly on the Intracoastal.

Tutto Mare opened in January 2026 at The Royal Poinciana Plaza, the first Florida outpost from Gabby Karan de Felice and Gianpaolo de Felice of Tutto il Giorno in the Hamptons. The 15,000 square foot space occupies the former Royal Poinciana Playhouse, including John Volk's restored Celebrity Room and its ceiling mural, with a 1,200 square foot terrace over Lake Worth Lagoon. The Mediterranean seafood menu runs from raw bar towers and caviar to whole branzino, cioppino and Gragnano pasta. Culinary director Agostino Petrosino and executive chef Carmine Nozzolino lead the kitchen, serving lunch and dinner daily.
