Coco at The Vineta
The Vineta's terracotta-and-palm dining room imports the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc playbook to Cocoanut Row, with Steak Diane flambéed in cognac, Eden Roc sea bass and a courtyard built for long lunches.
Coco is the signature indoor-outdoor restaurant of The Vineta, the restored 1920s hotel that Oetker Hotels opened in February 2026 as its first property in the United States. Executive Chef Brian Rodriguez runs the kitchen, with a menu developed alongside Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc executive chef Sébastien Broda and pastry chef Tarek Ahamada. Hotel du Cap signatures such as Steak Diane and Eden Roc Seabass sit beside a fish bar, house-made pastas and grilled lobster à l’Américaine. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a pink and green dining room with a bas-relief leopard nodding to the old Leopard Lounge, plus an umbrella-shaded courtyard.
