Meat Market Palm Beach
David Tornek and chef Sean Brasel's glossy Palm Beach steakhouse serves USDA Prime and Australian wagyu cuts, raw bar classics and inventive cocktails in a room built for a night out.
Meat Market took over the former Palm Beach Steakhouse space on Bradley Place in 2014, and Studio ABM dressed it with vaulted wood ceilings, bleached oak walls, mother of pearl terrazzo and tufted leather banquettes. The menu leans modern: a tuna tartare tier with mango mole and sweet soy French toast, wagyu beef dumplings, and the house steak, a char broiled prime picanha with habanero chimichurri. Reserved cuts run to a 32 ounce Australian wagyu tomahawk. The bar runs a daily happy hour from 4 to 8, which makes an early start the smart move.
Best for: Steak dinners and celebration nights
