Terrazza 45 sits on Piazza Mino da Fiesole, a few steps from the ancient amphitheatre. Winter service happens in two rooms of about 30 and 20 seats, the smaller one with windows onto Florence; in summer the terrace takes over, with roughly 80 seats facing Brunelleschi's dome. The kitchen works Florentine tradition with some play: lampredotto goes into tacos, tortelli are knotted around pecorino and pear, and tagliolini arrive under black truffle. The bar pours spritzes, gin and tonics and a barrel-aged Negroni 45. Evenings daily from five, plus weekend lunch.
