Il Palagio
Four Seasons Firenze's one-star restaurant fills the ground floor of Palazzo della Gherardesca, where Paolo Lavezzini turns Tuscan produce into witty, story-driven tasting menus beneath Murano glass chandeliers.
Il Palagio occupies the ground floor of Palazzo della Gherardesca inside Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, a room of marble, sumptuous Murano glass chandeliers and hushed luxury. Executive chef Paolo Lavezzini spent seven years at Enoteca Pinchiorri and led kitchens in Brazil before taking over here in 2021, and the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star, confirmed in the 2026 guide. His menus are playful and narrative, including one built around six spices inspired by Catherine de' Medici and another tracing a path from the Gherardesca Garden to the sea, plus a full à la carte. Dinner only, Monday through Saturday.
