Caffè Notte is a bar and bistrot tucked onto Via delle Caldaie, a quiet side street a couple of minutes from Piazza Santo Spirito. Inside, rough wooden wine crates climb the walls around a small bar and marble cafe tables, and the mood is more neighborhood living room than destination. It opens late morning for coffee and a light lunch, then shifts into aperitivo and runs until 1 AM, which makes it a reliable stop for a glass of red when the piazza gets crowded. Expect affordable pours and boards of cured meats and cheese.
