Wolfsbane marks the return of Rupert and Carrie Blease, the couple behind Lord Stanley, and it earned a Michelin star in the 2026 California guide within its first year. The format is a single multicourse tasting menu built on Bay Area farms and fisheries, moving from snacks like the onion petal and a nasturtium 'dolma' through king salmon, scallop and dry-aged Liberty duck to pain au jus with the house sourdough.
