Rinuccio 1180 sits on the roof of Antinori nel Chianti Classico, the family's winery at Bargino, and is named for Rinuccio degli Antinori, the family's forebear. Big windows and a pergola terrace look over olive groves and old parish churches. The kitchen reworks Tuscan tradition by season: donzelle of fried dough with Guado al Tasso salumi and stracchino, bruschette with chicken liver and whipped baccalà, pici al ragù bianco, pollo al mattone and bistecca alla Fiorentina, with Mattei cantucci and Vin Santo to close.
