Wölffer Estate has been making wine in Sagaponack since Christian Wölffer planted his first vines in 1988, and today it is run by his children, Marc and Joey Wölffer, with winemaker and partner Roman Roth. The rustic modern tasting room sits on a rise above the vineyard, with a covered terrace that looks straight down the rows. Wines and ciders come by the glass or bottle with small bites, cheese and charcuterie, and there are guided pairings and cellar tours for those who want more.
