A daytime Japanese kissaten and nighttime izakaya on Miracle Mile from the team behind Michelin-starred Shingo.
STAND. comes from chef Akikuni and Kenzie Motai, the duo behind Miami's Michelin-starred Shingo. By day it's a 24-seat kissaten of house-baked milk bread, sandos, matcha and pastries, with a window onto the bakers at work. After dark it shifts into an izakaya of seasonal Japanese small plates, sake, wine and beer, in a spare, light-filled room dressed with handmade ceramics.
