Opened in 2023 by Bloomfield and restaurateur Gabriel Stulman of Happy Cooking Hospitality, Sailor built its reputation on maximum-flavor, minimum-fuss plates like eggs with celery salt and mayonnaise, Swiss chard, and a cult-favorite roast chicken. A 2025 expansion added a larger, more casual bar room with oak paneling and a model ship, giving the maritime-themed space room to breathe without losing its neighborhood-bistro soul.
