Majordomo
David Chang's sprawling Lincoln Heights compound turns family-style Korean-American cooking into a full-contact dining event, best tackled with a crew and an appetite.
The bo ssäm alone justifies the trip: a whole pork shoulder, lacquered and fall-apart tender, arrives with a dozen accompaniments and instructions to build your own lettuce-wrapped chaos. Order too much on purpose. The smoked trout dip and those glazed short rib rice cakes disappear fast, and the patio's fire pits make even a Tuesday feel like an occasion.
Best for: Group celebrations and adventurous date nights
