Eleven Madison Park
Daniel Humm's three Michelin star dining room on Madison Square Park, where the seasonal tasting menu built in its plant-based years now also offers fish, meat and the famous honey-lavender duck.
Eleven Madison Park sits at the base of an Art Deco tower on the corner of 24th Street and Madison Avenue, its soaring dining room looking out over Madison Square Park. Daniel Humm took the menu fully plant-based in 2021, and in 2022 it became the first restaurant to earn three Michelin stars for an entirely plant-based menu. Since October 2025 the tasting menu offers a choice at select courses, bringing back fish, meat and the honey-lavender-glazed duck while keeping a fully plant-based route. Produce comes from Magic Farms upstate, and the lounge serves a shorter bar tasting menu alongside cocktails.
Best for: Milestone celebrations and serious tasting menus
