Cucina Palm Beach
Royal Poinciana Way's original dinner-to-disco room, where chef Kent Thurston's ahi tacos, thin crust pies and hand cut pastas give way to DJs and bottle service until 2 AM.
Cucina opened in 1995 as Cucina dell'Arte on Royal Poinciana Way and was bought in 2003 by the Coniglio family, who added a late night club element. Restaurateur Nick Coniglio and co-owner and executive chef Kent Thurston run it today, relaunched as Cucina Palm Beach in 2017. The menu runs from ahi tacos and fried calamari to thin crust pizzas, bolognese and frutti di mare. Dinner starts at 5 PM with a 5 to 6:30 PM social hour, and the room turns into a party Thursday to Saturday until 2 AM.
Best for: Group dinners that roll into a late night on the island
