Cecconi's DUMBO
A Soho House-backed Italian dining room set inside a converted Empire Stores warehouse, pairing Venetian-inspired plates with head-on views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges.
Cecconi's DUMBO brought the London-born Mayfair institution to Brooklyn's waterfront in 2017, threading its menu of cicchetti, hand-cut pastas, and wood-fired pizzas through the exposed brick and arched doorways of the old coffee warehouse. The bar pours a lengthy list of Negroni riffs to match a dining room that runs from marble-topped counters to a terrace facing Jane's Carousel and the East River. It's the kind of place where a lobster spaghetti or a veal Milanese slides easily from a quick weekday lunch into a long, celebratory night.
Best for: Waterfront date nights and celebratory group dinners
